4. Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We deliver across South Africa. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may apply for qualifying orders.
 

6. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your delivery.

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
 

8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
 

9. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. International shipping may be available in the future.
