1. Introduction
At BE YOU, we want you to love what you buy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items under the conditions below.
2. Return Period
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
3. Condition of Items
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Include all original tags and packaging
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Personalized or custom items
Sale or final clearance items (unless defective)
5. Return Process
Contact us within 7 days to request a return/exchange.
Provide proof of purchase (invoice or order number) and photos if the item is damaged.
Ship the item back to us at your expense (unless the item is faulty).
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
